A proprietary method, rebuilt from the equipment up.
The Cold Extraction Method® is an extraction technology developed independently by Benefitea Inc. — a patented process built from the equipment upward, with temperature control and sterilisation engineered specifically for the tea leaf. It draws out the nutrients and flavour of the leaf without additives, and achieves the delicate, layered aroma that hand-poured cold brewing was said to be unable to reproduce.
