The question at the beginning.

Extending an existing IP into the metaverse. Three goals had to be moved at once — respecting the grammar particular to a Gen-Z platform like Roblox, protecting the world of the original IP, and acquiring new audiences.

How we wove it.

  1. Reconstructing creative within the grammar of Roblox

    We analyzed user behavior and the grammar of popular content within Roblox, translating the world of the IP into expressions native to the platform.

  2. IP collaborations and promotional design

    Experiences co-designed with creators on Roblox, launch-window promotion, and acquisition initiatives that preserved the world of the original IP while reaching a new audience.

  3. Social media and video production

    Beyond Roblox itself — across TikTok, YouTube Shorts and adjacent surfaces — we drove awareness and produced video content in parallel.

Metaverse expansion is not the "porting" of an IP but its "vernacular translation." The balance between honoring the grammar unique to a platform and preserving the core of the IP is the key.
