Global expansion of AI solutions, with a focus on business development for the mobile-gaming market in the Middle East. A Japan-originated product needed to land in overseas markets where culture, regulation, and purchasing behavior differ — and the work called for a strategy authored for those differences.

How we wove it.

  1. Research into Middle East market culture and purchasing behavior

    We conducted thorough research into incumbent players, channels of purchase, cultural sensitivities, and preferred UI vocabularies in the Middle East market, formulating the principles by which a Japan-originated product would be repackaged.

  2. Alignment of AI venture development with the business plan

    Revenue model, development structure, and launch plan for the AI solution were designed in alignment with the global expansion scenario.

  3. PR program management

    We managed the selection of regional media partners, presence at local conferences, and content marketing initiatives across the Middle East market.
